Jasprit Bumrah is a right arm fast bowler who plays International cricket for the Indian National team. He has also made a record for maximum number of wickets which is 28 in the twenty20 International for one calendar year. Initially he played for the Mumbai Indians and also his domestic team Gujarat.
In the Australian series of 2015-16, Jasprit made his debut in the One Day Internationals and Twenty 20. Bumrah won the man of the match award against South Africa in the Oval, London in 2017. He won the man of the match award against Sri Lanka at Pallekele International cricket stadium in 2017. He won the man of the match awards for the Twenty20 International for the series of England in India and also New Zealand in India. He won the man of the series award for the New Zealand in India series.

- Jasprit expressed his extreme displeasure on Twitter when he saw a hoarding of the traffic police with Jasprit’s picture of overstepping while playing against Pakistan. The board has a message that ‘Don’t cross the line, you know it can be costly’. Jasprit wrote in the tweet that this is how the Jaipur police treat you when you do so much for your country. The cops tweeted back that they had no intention of hurting his emotions and that it was just to make people aware. The hoarding was then taken down following this event.
